I opened it with P圜harm and edited the blank file. It appeared in P圜harm along with my other Python files. But I also dont know what tkinter is and why it is needed for pysimplegui and if it is supposed to be preinstalled and which python module provides it. Also, P圜harm was still showing several subfolder as red, which meant that if I did a git-add-all command, thousands and thousands of files would get added to the git head. Take the root directory of the import statement, find its directory in the Project window, right-mouse click on the directory and choose "Mark Directory as" => "Sources Root". This is on Windows 10, I normally work on Linux, so I dont know how this is handled on Windows. Use the Hot Key combination "Cmd-Shift-O" to type and find a file. Now when you open a file it the Navigation pane will highlight that file. On the top of the Navigation pane, to the right of the "Project" selection, select the "Gear" icon.and then run it automatically using run button.
